We found I&N through a recommendation from a friend and are so glad we hired them! They completed a full renovation for our condo including a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, full flooring, lighting, doors/walls/baseboards and minor layout adjustments. They helped us make design decisions, offered recommendations, but let us do our thing. They also returned to fix any outstanding issues even after the project was technically complete. I used I&N Builders to renovate my basement after it got completely destroyed by some flood. Ilya and Nina were fantastic. I&N Builders beautifully renovated our apartment. We have a prewar apartment and we wanted to keep the character while modernizing the layout and function. I&N totally succeeded. We moved walls and replaced most surfaces, but it does not look like a soulless box, nor does it have any of the weird compromises you sometimes see in the renovations of old apartments. I&N found a great solution for every problem we encountered. Now I walk in and am delighted instead of dejected. Love it!
